Since this is a site that tries to keep the public abreast of current affairs pertaining to the judicial system, politics and pop culture, I'm obligated to tell you that one time Hollywood star, Lindsay Lohan, has violated her probation yet again. I'm so sick of writing that.

How many times is she going to violate her probation. I see I'm just going to have to write and save a generic Lohan probation violation article and run it every time she does so, as this is really getting old. Her liver must look like Rihanna's face after that fight with Chris Brown.

You know what else is tragic, Lohan is so reckless and self-destructive, most websites already have an obituary article written and saved regarding her and she is only 24-years of age. That's a crying shame, but it is all her doing and the public has grown tired of her antics.

In 2009, Rihanna attacked Brown over another woman, after a Grammy party, sending him into a complete rage, where he beat and tried to choke her to death. According to the police report, she began blacking out. Clearly, she is a glutton for punishment, but they both have a violent streak that has the potential to end in terrible violence again. Brown has not changed. Neither has she.

British Prime Minster, David Cameron, has signed off on a tentative plan, to restrict the types of music videos and performances shown during respectable viewing hours, in a bid to counter the inappropriate sexualization of kids (The Sexualization Of Youth). The Judiciary Report is in favor of this decision. Previously, the Jamaican government launched a similar initiative and banned all profane music from the airwaves, which the Judiciary Report also supports.

A number of articles were written in Britain, showing lewd photos of artists such as Beyonce, Rihanna, Britney Spears and Nicki Minaj, as proof certain modern entertainers have gone too far with a reckless attitude towards sex, where kids are concerned.

They seem to be trying to outdo each other in who can wear the least amount of clothes and simulate the most graphic sexual act on stage, which is pornography. This has nothing to do with singing. However, that's the problem. 99% of the artists that do such things, cannot sing and need a distraction in a bid to make you forget this fact.

Recently, Farrakhan denounced Rihanna's vulgarity in very serious terms that was an embarrassment to her. But then again, she has no shame, as she has turned into a drugged up industry prostitute for any man or woman, who will give her a hit song. She fancies herself a rock star, when that is pure rubbish, because she is not. Rihanna is a wannabe R&B singer and a complete faker with a bad voice.

Prince Charles' wife Camilla, also denounced Beyonce's lewd music videos as inappropriate. Her music video with Lady Gaga is among her most lewd and repulsive. She is trying to be hardcore and edgy, but disgraced herself by being vulgar, crude and lewd.

Questionable artists often love to claim they are not role models, but the way the Judiciary Report sees it is this, if you don't have the common decency to close your legs and cover your backside, you should not be on stage. You're porn stars and since pornography is not shown in the mainstream, you shouldn't be either.

By your words and deeds you are telling the public you were raised in such a questionable manner that you spit on the opportunity to positively influence kids, via a podium you were granted as a privilege, not a right. Therefore, you need to get your butt off the stage.

This stuff is no joke. Kids are getting into trouble, emulating these lewd entertainers. Young girls are sending semi-nude and nude photos to boys, trying to be like certain stars, who publicly brag about such conduct.

Kids are becoming more promiscuous, underage girls are getting pregnant and boys are treating them like they are meat to be used then disposed of, because that's what their favorite stars are bragging about in music and on TV. It is also causing problems in families, when it is discovered what their children are getting up to, in trying to live up to an image created by an imbecilic star with no substance or decency.

I thought I was done writing for the night, but apparently not. When I saw this little gem of a video, featuring football player, Cam Newton, singing Justin Bieber's "Baby" I knew the night was not over. Newton is singing parts of the song like he got stabbed.

All I have to say is, thank goodness he plays football. Dude may look like Sam Cooke, but he sure doesn't sing like him (teasing). Still, he sounds better than Britney Spears and Rihanna. Have the iTunes music charts lessened the significance of the Billboard music charts? It appears so. In a sign of how much the music game has changed, people are more frequently invoking the iTunes digital downloads charts, as a measure of success, rather than the Billboard music charts, which are more corruptible and open to payola, as air play still figures into tabulations.

As a result, songs by internet stars such as Rebecca Black, have placed higher on the iTunes Charts, which is based on digital sales, than artists such as Beyonce and Rihanna. This is not a negative development, as it is leveling the playing field, much in the same manner YouTube has done for those that can't get on MTV or BET.

It should be noted, iTunes does not include sales of physical CDs, only albums in digital format. However, for indie artists, iTunes is better than nothing and has become a useful tool in living their dreams of being an entertainer.

One has to remember, Billboard has been so corrupted from its inception, for a very long time, black artists were largely kept off all mainstream charts, even though they outsold some of their white counterparts, in blacklisting that began to loosen its grip twenty years ago. For many years, country music was also disregarded by the Billboard album charts, as a small, select group of labels heads, who set the agenda in music, deemed it too backwater and unsophisticated - in spite of the fact country artists were outselling pop and rock stars.

However, Hollywood is not happy with the current developments, regarding the impact of the iTunes charts and YouTube, as aspects of it are out of their control (surprise, surprise). You see, Hollywood, the music industry included, runs like the mafia (because they are the mafia). The industry is chock full of antitrust, monopolies, extensive price fixing, payola, Billboard chart rigging and racketeering, all illegal under U.S. law.

For a time, the industry loudly complained and wanted to own a great chunk of iTunes and collect more royalties, after Apple rescued them from the destructive clutches of Sean Fanning (Napster). As they see it, they should be the only ones to make money, even if the copyrights, patents and trademarks involved that comprise iTunes, do not belong to them. That's basically Hollywood's attitude towards everything - unbridled greed and theft.

So-called singer, Rihanna, made a massive blunder on Twitter this week that left the internet in hysterics. Rihanna's "Loud" tour has been suffering from poor sales. She retweeted the comments of a fan, "StarsGoneMad" who proclaimed Rihanna’s Minneapolis, Minnesota concert was sold out one hour after the tickets went on sale.

In response to the news, Rihanna excitedly wrote "Minneapolis stand up!" No, Rihanna sit down. Bloggers began checking Ticketmaster, only to find out the show is not sold out in any measure, as loads of seats are still available.

Years ago, the Judiciary Report and its sister site, the Sound Off Column, used to do that to clown another lip syncing liar, Madonna. Untalented artists’ egos always get to the stage, pardon the pun, that they cannot deal with failure and lie as a result.

According to Roger Friedman, a journalist on Madonna's payroll, her psychotic Kabbalah cult is under grand jury investigation in New York. Grand juries are used to render criminal indictments in the American justice system. According to Friedman, witnesses have been served subpoenas.

As reported last week, Madonna and Kabbalah, have misappropriated millions of dollars in funds donated to their mentally ill charities "Raising Malawi" and "Spirituality For Kids" which is a front to defraud the public for the aforementioned people's enrichment.

The family behind the cult with the pop singer, the Bergs, all live in luxury in multi-million dollar Beverly Hills mansions, as does Madonna, who draws a big monthly salary from Kabbalah, due to her career having dried up for the past several years. The woman has put out financial flop after flop taking on the charts, yet is buying $40,000,000 homes and expensive cars, all through criminal thievery.

No where in the world can one legally use tax exempt status to acquire financial donations and sell products, but pockets proceeds for one's self. It is completely criminal. However, Kabbalah Centers are a hotbed of crime, engaging in everything from financial fraud and human trafficking to hacking and illegal wiretapping.

Madonna and her cult have also been sued by people employed to work on their behalf, who have not been paid. Courtenay Geddes, who gave them $20,000,000 as a charitable donation, has also filed suit.

At the end of the day, Madonna could care less about Malawi and is using them as a cash cow to solicit money for herself and fellow cronies. She adopted two kids from the impoverished African nation, because it is trendy in Hollywood, kept her name in the papers and is a means to compete with publicity magnet, actress, Angelina Jolie.

Most Jewish people denounce Kabbalah as very mentally ill and a scam, proclaiming its adherents insane people. However, that didn't stop crazy Madonna from promoting this madness all over the world and dragging her kids and a number of Hollywood stars into the mix, such as Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan, Chris Brown, Rihanna, Lady GaGa, Charlie Sheen and Steve-O, to name a few, who've all gone insane since joining Kabbalah.

However, don't hold your breath on serious criminal charges springing from the aforementioned case. Madonna is known in industry circles for issuing financial bribes to escape the consequences of her crimes.

After all, she's already bribed the FBI according to a very credible source, who has never steered me wrong, as the site's track record attests. Madonna is after all the Satanic madwoman that flew into a rage (like Chris Brown) and beat up a preteen kid (Keith Sorrentino) on a New York street, in front of witnesses, then bribed her way out of criminal charges. It doesn't say much for the justice system, now does it.

Sony Music madman, Chris Brown, has been dumped by his long suffering publicist, Tammy Brook. After his violent outburst at the Good Morning America studios last week, in which the schizophrenic Kabbalah member trashed his dressing room and broke a window, at a cost of over $2,000, Brook dropped him as a client. His latest CD "Fame" is also pulling in average sales, putting his record deal in jeopardy.

It has been labeled "the worst music video ever" and the song "Friday" is simultaneously being insulted as well. They are treating her like it's "Black Friday" (get the joke: her last name is "Black" and the song is called "Friday").

Faux singer, Rihanna, is facing humiliation this week, as her latest tour "Loud" has been scrapped, due to poor ticket sales. Her current and former CDs have bombed as well. The smug, arrogant rip-off artist was forced to face reality, regarding her career being in the toilet - and it is fitting.

To have that kind of ego and no talent to back it up is ridiculous. Everything, from her music, fashion looks, images and perfume, have been unlawfully stolen from others. The woman is a complete fake.

Rihanna is being slammed in mainstream publications, as a purveyor of porn music. She was even slammed by Farrakhan in a massive diss, regarding her "filthy" career choices and lifestyle. Isn't she tired of disgracing herself and her family.

The fact of the matter is, Rihanna is an overrated, under talented wannabe artist, with less brain cells and clothes, than talent. On a modest day, a conservative ensemble for Rihanna would be a g-string. People are tired of seeing that nastiness.

Rihanna is trying to put on this hardcore-music-chick image, but she comes off as a total pretender, mimicking what others have done in the past. She clumsily keeps trying to show she is tough and cutting edge, when she is a prostitute sleeping with industry men for career advancement - and not even that is working anymore.
