Beyonce Steals Again But This Time From Sam Cooke, En Vogue And A European Artist

Beyonce 2011 (left) and Lorella Cuccarini 2010 (right)

Thieving Sony singer, Beyonce, has been stealing from other artists again, in a nasty habit that has made her the recipient of a number of copyright infringement lawsuits. Her career has solely been based on copyright theft, which is a federal and international crime.

This time Beyonce stole in great detail, the preexisting video performance of European pop artist, Lorella Cuccarini, for her appearance on the Billboard Music Awards show last week. She's being slammed all over the internet for it.

Beyonce performed the infringing song "Run The World Girls" which has flopped on the charts and paired it with a scene by scene rip-off of Cuccarini's performance from last year that was televised in Europe.

Internet users are slamming Beyonce for this unoriginality. This week Beyonce also premiered a new song entitled "1+1" which is already being panned by people online. Ironically, Beyonce's "1+1" is a dead rip off of the 1960's song "Wonderful World" by my dad's favorite singer, Sam Cooke, who he plays often on his radio show.

Sam Cooke

My dad also played "Wonderful World" so many times in the house and car, while I was growing up, when I heard the Beyonce song, I instantly recognized the infringement. A few of the copyright infringing lyrics are:

Sam: but I do know one and one is two
Beyonce: but I know one plus one equals two

Sam: don't know much about algebra
Beyonce: I don't know much about algebra

Sam: don't know much about the French I took
Beyonce: I don't know much about fighting

Sam: what a wonderful world this could be
Beyonce: when the world's at war

En Vogue

Beyonce's "1+1" is also a rip off in certain parts, of the 1991 En Vogue hit "Don't Go." It's clear she slapped the two songs together ("Wonderful World" and "Don't Go"). There are melodic infringements and lyrical ones as well:

En Vogue: don't go
Beyonce: don't let me go

En Vogue: let's make sweet love
Beyonce: make love to me

En Vogue: I won't put up any fight
Beyonce: I will fight for you

En Vogue: lay me down
Beyonce: I'm laying right next to you

En Vogue: Our love's been growing freely
Beyonce: our love will heal us all

En Vogue: it's out of my hands
Beyonce: when I ball up my fist

En Vogue: body next to mine
Beyonce: laying next to you

In closing, Beyonce is pathetic - a complete fraud and thief with a career that's a farce. She is crazy and sick to be doing this. These labels need to stop signing people like her, as it is disgraceful. With all the talent in America, for Beyonce to consistently do this thieving stupidity, while deceitfully bragging she is a songwriter, is to spit in the face of true writers everywhere that work hard to come up with something original. She is an embarrassment that needs to go sit down.

BEYONCE'S OBSESSION WITH RIPPING OFF VANESSA WILLIAM'S MUSIC CAREER:

Vanessa Williams in 1991 Beyonce in 2008

Vanessa Williams took the photo posted above on the left in 1991 for her "Running Back To You" single. In 2008, Beyonce ripped it off. Note the similarities:

1. Vanessa Williams is wearing a black leotard covered by a black jacket. Beyonce is wearing a black leotard.

2. Vanessa Williams is wearing black paten leather ankle high boots and Beyonce is also wearing black paten leather ankle high boots .

3. Vanessa Williams has the front of her hair upswept with blonde highlights at the top while the back is flowing over her shoulders. Beyonce has the front of her hair upswept with blonde highlights at the top while the back is flowing over her shoulders.

4. Another sick note to add, Vanessa Williams has a daughter named Sasha. Beyonce adopted an alter ego named Sasha Fierce (more like Sasha Stupid ripping everybody off).

Both scenes contain the singer getting out of the same old style black car with a chauffeur in uniform holding an umbrella for them in the rain, however, Beyonce stole it from the Vanessa Williams music video.

Music Manager Arrested For Cocaine Trafficking

Jimmy Henchman (left) and rapper Wyclef Jean (right)

Another case of life imitating art has surfaced in the arrest and conviction of famed music manager, Jimmy Henchman, real name James Rosemond, who was indicted on massive cocaine charges. Henchman has represented music stars such as Brandy, Akon, Game, Gucci Mane and Shyne, to name a few.

It is alleged Henchman used his management company and recording studio, to traffic large quantities of narcotics in and around America, then distributed the cash proceeds, via an elaborate scheme involving Fedex and rented mail boxes. Money was shipped through the mail, vacuum sealed and coated in mustard, to throw off dogs that sniff mail packages. Henchman's arrest is said to be part of a larger drug probe into rap music.

The entertainment industry is no stranger to entertainers being involved with organized crime. The late Notorious B.I.G. was a drug dealer, who got involved with the Genovese mafia, as confirmed by FBI reports. Former Sony CEO, Tommy Mottola, who was married to singer Mariah Carey, after she broke up his 20-year marriage, bragged of his mafia ties in Vanity Fair.

Rapper 50 Cent was also a drug dealer. Rapper, Jay-Z, another drug dealer, continues to boasts about his debauched life in profane songs. Lastly, pop singer Madonna, has financial ties to the mafia, even dated a member of it as well. In closing, many people in the entertainment industry are always looking to make a fast buck, which often entails breaking the law. What a horrible example to set.

Details Emerge In Jimmy Henchman’s Cocaine Indictment; Mogul To Be Sentenced Next Month

May 17, 2011 - Details are emerging in the federal cocaine conspiracy case against music mogul James “Jimmy Henchman” Rosemond, who is accused of distributing drugs along with several co-defendants. Rosemond is accused of being involved in a drug organization that regularly shipped cocaine in via overnight delivery services and later, road cases used for holding equipment, to recording studios in New York.

Millions of proceeds in cash was then sent back to Los Angeles, using Federal Express and other overnight delivery services as well. The proceeds were then sent back to various mailboxes on the West coast, coated in mustard and vacuum sealed, in order to throw off drug sniffing dogs looking for illegal currency...

Cocaine Probe Targets Rap Music Figures

MAY 17--The Drug Enforcement Administration probe that has ensnared a well-known rap music manager is focusing on the shipment of kilos of cocaine from Los Angeles to New York by a narcotics ring that stashed the drug in “road cases” delivered to recording studios, The Smoking Gun has learned.

Payment for the cocaine was sent back to the West Coast in vacuum-sealed packages that were coated with mustard, the pungent smell of which was intended to conceal from drug-sniffing dogs the scent of narcotics on the currency. To date, the ongoing investigation--which is being overseen by prosecutors in the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Brooklyn--has resulted in felony charges against about six defendants, several of whom are connected to the rap music industry...

Beyonce Keeps Stealing From The Braxton Family

"Braxton Family Values"

For years, former Destinys Child singer, Beyonce Knowles, has repeatedly stolen from singer Toni Braxton and her sisters. So much so, there was a public dispute a few years ago, regarding Beyonce and husband, Jay-Z, stealing a song sample of the track "Me and My Girlfriend" from Toni Braxton. As previously mentioned on the Judiciary Report, Beyonce patterns her vocals after singer Tamar Braxton, whose husband has produced music for Destinys Child.

Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z

Beyonce and company, even ripped off pictures by the Braxtons. As the comparative photos in this article reveal, in 2004, Beyonce and her former group, Destinys Child, engaged in copyright infringement in ripping off the 1996 artwork of the Braxtons. Beyonce continues to show the world she is nothing but an ignorant, uneducated thief, out to steal from anyone she can.

Beyonce has also plundered the entire career of famed singer/actress, Vanessa Williams, who looks a million times better and has far more talent. The substandard rip-offs are pathetic and an embarrassment. Your day is coming and you shall "reap what you sowed" for all this criminal theft of copyright, which equates to serious financial crimes.

Beyonce And Jay-Z Fighting Over Rihanna

Jay-Z and Rihanna

Reports have surfaced regarding discord within the Beyonce and Jay-Z camp, regarding the singer stripper, Rihanna, having signed to the rapper's bootleg management company Roc Nation. Coincidentally, Roc Nation is facing several lawsuits for everything from trademark to copyright infringement.

Beyonce And Jay-Z

Singer yodeler and weave veteran, Beyonce, is jealous over the attention younger Rihanna has received and is resentful of the fact she has been sleeping with her husband Jay-Z. It's amazing to see that these two women have become very competitive over Jay-Z and music, why I don't know, as he's not exactly Denzel Washington, now is he.

Jay-Z

Seriously, he is a proven womanbeater, brags about having sold drugs to the community, openly idolizes devil worshiper Aleister Crowley, robs his employees out of their wages prompting lawsuits, is unintelligent and bears a passing resemblance to Joe Camel.

Jay-Z

It's clear Beyonce and Rihanna's weaves are too tight and it's affecting their brains. Seriously, when I heard about them fighting over Jay-Z, I thought to myself, Beyonce must take a sedative before she goes to bed next to him at night.
