"Transformers" director, Michael Bay, is getting back at actress, Megan Fox, whom he was ordered to fire from the film franchise, by Steven Spielberg, for calling him "Hitler." This week, in a clear diss, Bay called Fox "a small speed bump" marginalizing her contribution to the "Transformers" films. Ouch!

When asked during an interview with GQ, "How troublesome was it to lose your leading lady?" Bay nonchalantly responded, "It was a small speed bump. This movie is way bigger than the leading lady." Well, there you have it. That was Bay's way of telling Fox she isn't important and her doo doo does stink. Over to you, Megan.

Bay communicated this information to GQ magazine this past week. However, Spielberg has not expounded on his exact feelings on the matter, especially his reaction when it occurred and what it meant to him. It has become quite a controversy online and some additional information should be given.

"Transformers 3" lead actor, Shia LaBeouf, has somewhat explained why director, Michael Bay, dumped actress, Megan Fox, from the franchise, which is about alien robots. In a new interview with the Los Angeles Times newspaper, LaBeouf stated:

"Megan developed this Spice Girl strength, this woman-empowerment [stuff] that made her feel awkward about her involvement with Michael, who some people think is a very lascivious filmmaker, the way he films women. Mike films women in a way that appeals to a 16-year-old sexuality. It's summer. It's Michael's style. And I think [Fox] never got comfortable with it. This is a girl who was taken from complete obscurity and placed in a sex-driven role in front of the whole world and told she was the sexiest woman in America. And she had a hard time accepting it. Fired "Transformers" actress, Megan Fox, was so desperate to make her failed film "Passion Play" a success, she went topless in the flick, according to reports. The movie was so bad, it was panned by critics and audiences, during a test run last year at the usually receptive Toronto Film Festival.

Just know the film must be horrible for an audience at the Toronto Film Festival to actually walk out and complain, as it is one of the more appreciative events. Having seen clips of "Passion Play" online, I can see why the crowd bolted. It is painfully bad and cringe inducing. To date "Passion Play" has grossed $2,060. Seriously and no, I haven’t left off any zeros.

Fox has been struggling to find meaningful work, since getting into a massive fight with "Transformers" director, Michael Bay, who in turn booted her from the franchise and turned his attention into making her replacement, model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, the top female attraction in Hollywood (based on looks, anyway).

As stated previously, Fox’s desperation grew to such heights that she looked into joining the cast of the depraved Judd Aptow film "Knocked Up 2." Recent reports indicate, she has since signed on to the project. It’s going to be a rough summer for Fox with "Transformers" promotion in full swing, in anticipation of its release. The merchandising and ads will be everywhere.

Megan Fox is not having a good 2011. The past year has not been kind to her either. A year ago, she was on top of the world, as the lead actress in the Transformers film franchise. Then director Michael Bay burst her bubble and fired her like his name was Donald Trump. He got tired of her public ingratitude and whining (that's whining, not "winning" like Charlie Sheen).

Fox began making low budget films that all flopped. However, a little ray of sunshine popped up when actor, Mickey Rourke, said she was the best actress in the world. Realizing how incredulous his statements were, he has taken back the compliment this week, amending it to state, she is one of the best actresses he has worked with. Guess that why your film "Passion Play" flopped before it was even released.

As cast, we do the filming for seven months, then he goes into the edit room and edits it for six months, then he comes out of the edit room and promotes it, and by the time he's finished that, he's prepping the next one. It's amazing to see how dedicated he is to these films."

It sometimes makes me shake my head in disbelief, when Hollywood people talk about their music or films like it's the be all and end all in life (and most of them are like that). It's not the hardest or most difficult job in the world, but they love to act that way. It is not brain surgery or rocket science, which actually requires intelligence. There are more important things in life than music and movies - such as curing disease.

Fired "Transformers" actress, Megan Fox, has been blaming her dad for her problems in Hollywood, since being let go from the famous franchise. The "Transformers" crew even threw it in her face, after she called director, Michael Bay, "Hitler" in blaming this aspect of her life for her surly attitude and mean streak.

Fox was routinely mean to the "Transformers" crew, after letting fame go to her head. However, blaming her dad for her problems is not a good idea. Conflicts in families can be difficult, but if people do not find the will to overcome them and not let the discord poison their relationships with others, it will color every aspect of their lives.

On March 31, 2011, model turned actress, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, is scheduled to receive the first ever, "CinemaCon Female Star Of Tomorrow Award." But she hasn't done anything yet. Whiteley is Megan Fox's replacement in the forthcoming "Transformers 3" film, after mouthy got fired - and judging by clips, her performance looks very stiff and stoic. Translation, director Michael Bay, totally pulled strings to get her this award, because the only real acting she's been doing is in the bedroom.

Somewhere, cast off Megan Fox is madder than Lindsay Lohan having to flush her stash down the toilet and I'm not talking about toilet paper. Fox acted in the "Transformers" film franchise for years and barely won anything (though she was popular at the Razzies, which isn't a compliment). Whiteley's acting debut hasn't even hit the big screen yet and she's already winning awards.

British model-turned-actress, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, who took actress Megan Fox's job as the leading lady in the "Transformers" film franchise, has been avoiding her like the plague. Whiteley does not want a showdown with Fox and her infamous temper that made the lives of the "Transformers" crew difficult.

The "Transformers" production crew also made sarcastic and snide remarks during the production of "Transformers 3" which are digs at Fox and her past conduct, when she was apart of the movie series.

The Judiciary Report was the first to go public with the news, Fox was seething with anger and jealous in Hollywood, over the fact Whiteley had taken her job. A few months later Fox admitted being jealous of Whiteley taking over her role.

Now the Judiciary Report has found out, Whiteley is actually trying to avoid a confrontation with Fox in Hollywood, for fear of what might happen. She is dodging stores, restaurants and events Fox frequents or is scheduled to appear.

The two women are not on the best terms, after negative statements Fox privately made in Hollywood about Whiteley, got back to her. Not to mention, Fox issued a public jab during an interview, insulting Whiteley as someone who could never fill her jeans.

It is to be expected that there would be some hard feelings after what happened, but Fox has taken it far more personally than she has let on to the public. Fox is also having a difficult time with trailers and promotional items being aired in support of "Transformers 3" and looks away when she views something to do with the film in public settings.
