Beyonce's First Two Singles From Her New Album Flop

Beyonce Knowles is on a losing streak. The first two unoriginal songs from her forthcoming album have bombed on the charts. Public feedback has been lukewarm (and that's being generous). The singles "Girls" and "1+1" failed to make any kind of significant dent on the music charts and have been greatly criticized by music fans and bloggers alike.

This is the first time Beyonce has experienced a flop from one of her albums or projects with former group Destinys Child. As the Judiciary Report warned regarding her months before her ill-fated singles were released You're Only As Good As Your Last Hit.

The music industry has become a joke. Barely passable singers, pretending to be skilled songwriters, by stealing others preexisting copyrighted works, passing them off as their own to the public, then collecting millions in undue royalties, in deeds that can only be described as racketeering.

There are so many gifted songwriters in America and all over the world. However, they are not getting the chance they deserve to be heard, in favor of a creativity stifling monopoly that exists in the music industry, where outsiders are not welcome, unless they are willing to sign away their rights and be terribly exploited, in favor of untalented people that have dug their heels into a sector of business they have no talent for. To be clear - stealing is not a talent. it is a crime.

The careers of so many modern mainstream artists, such as Beyonce and Britney Spears, are completely rigged. Payola to gain airplay and sales scams to falsify success via gold and platinum plaques. Awards are heaped on them for fraudulently claiming to do and be things they simply are not - multi-talented.

This is done by labels and management companies in support of an illusion, to create well-rounded artists. However, to do so with the current clay that is lacking the skills in question, they must commit fraud, criminal copyright infringement and grand theft, in stealing others valuable music that is protected by law.

The farce has gone too far, discrediting the music industry to a worldwide audience. Let me leave you with this fact to illustrate my point, regarding the disgraceful disparities, due to the blatant thievery and brazen fraud.

Beyonce, who is frequently sued for stealing other people's copyrighted songs, in criminal violation of U.S. and international law, as she deceitfully placed her name on stolen property and collected millions in other people's money in doing so, has won 19 Grammys in 10 years.

Aretha Franklin can sing her butt off, play the piano and has written some of the music she performed - and she was won 16 Grammys in 55 years. How do you explain that. Beyonce couldn't walk a mile in Aretha's shoes, doesn't have a fraction of the talent and stole all the songs she claimed to write, as illustrated by lawsuits and public complaints, yet has more Grammys in 1/5th the time. Once again, the entertainment industry has become a massive farce that lost all credibility.

People in Britain are accusing unscrupulous music executive, Simon Cowell, of rigging the talent show "Britain's Got Talent." The claims spring from the fact, Cowell, is said to have met 12-year-old finalist, cute Ronan Parke, who is now a Justin Bieber mini-me, two years prior to the preteen entering the show as a contestant, which is a violation of the rules.

Ronan Parke - that scarf is sugar plum indeed. You know, when I did a search for his name, the word gay automatically popped up in the search box. I thought, why would someone search for that with his name, then I saw his pics...

Judging by photos, the young man was made over to look like Bieber and brought in as a contestant this year, to capitalize on Bieber fever. An alleged Sony employee - apart of the company that distributes Cowell's records at Syco and 19 on "American Idol" - is said to be behind the statements, regarding the rules violation, but the article was deleted by the blog service hosting the site. However, many people read the article before it was removed by the blog service and cache features still retain copies of the item.

Cowell is so fake and phony. He knows nothing about music or talent. He is always missing the mark on real talent and attempting to copy or steal what others have done, then slapping his disgraceful name on it.

Regrettably, President Obama has dug a deeper financial hole than his predecessor, via his costly political and economic policies.

As illustrated by website articles, for years, the Judiciary Report, has not been one to criticize without providing viable solutions. However, the site's financial advice of cutting the national budget, instituting a small 5% tax increase on the nation's rich and going back to the very basic and real principle of making products for export to boost job creation, which America mastered between the 1950s-1980s, fell on deaf ears in Washington (the U.S. government has consistently been in the site stats for years, as visitors to the Judiciary Report).

Washington looked at this website like I was speaking Chinese, in proposing such things over the past four years, even predicting the financial crisis in advance (How George Bush Destroyed The U.S. Economy), which happened two years later in 2008. This is ironic, because China has effectively managed their national budget and increased exports over the past few years and in doing so, became an economic titan. If Washington continues on the spendthrift path it is currently on, America will continue to experience economic declines and fall down the world ladder.

U.S. President Barack Obama and Congress, have renewed the very unpopular, Patriot Act, extending it for another four years. The Patriot Act grants the FBI and other agencies, the legal right to invasively spy on you in your home, at work and in public.

The FBI, under Robert S. Mueller, repeatedly violated the alleged safeguards written into the Patriot Act legislation and each time they went back to the President and Congress, demanding even more power to pry into Americans' lives.

The FBI has used roving bugs (to listen into people's conversations, via switching on the mic in their mobile phones, anywhere and anytime they feel like). The FBI has also remotely and secretly accessed people's computers and turned on the webcams to spy on them in their homes.

The Patriot Act extends to wiretapping your home and mobile phone, reading your emails, accessing your computers via a software trojan and manufacturer backdoors (CIPAV), scanning your bank accounts, anonymously pulling your credit report, GPS tracking, physical surveillance stalking, if you are targeted by the White House, a member(s) of Congress or the FBI.

However, the Patriot Act has been abused by the government for political control, using the FBI to spy on domestic political rivals, scientists, doctors, journalists and bloggers, in gaining an undue advantage in elections. It has also been used for economic theft, in criminal violation of domestic and international law, to benefit large corporations. The "war on terror" is being used as a "war on privacy" regarding innocent Americans. More often than not, the Patriot Act has been used to spy on innocent people, than actual lawbreakers.

It was nothing but a con to turn America into a police state, where Washington would have complete control and autonomous power, which is unconstitutional. It's a government "for the people by the people" not to spy on the people.

Thieving Sony singer, Beyonce, has been stealing from other artists again, in a nasty habit that has made her the recipient of a number of copyright infringement lawsuits. Her career has solely been based on copyright theft, which is a federal and international crime.

This time Beyonce stole in great detail, the preexisting video performance of European pop artist, Lorella Cuccarini, for her appearance on the Billboard Music Awards show last week. She's being slammed all over the internet for it.

Beyonce performed the infringing song "Run The World Girls" which has flopped on the charts and paired it with a scene by scene rip-off of Cuccarini's performance from last year that was televised in Europe.

Internet users are slamming Beyonce for this unoriginality. This week Beyonce also premiered a new song entitled "1+1" which is already being panned by people online. Ironically, Beyonce's "1+1" is a dead rip off of the 1960's song "Wonderful World" by my dad's favorite singer, Sam Cooke, who he plays often on his radio show.

My dad also played "Wonderful World" so many times in the house and car, while I was growing up, when I heard the Beyonce song, I instantly recognized the infringement. A few of the copyright infringing lyrics are:

In closing, Beyonce is pathetic - a complete fraud and thief with a career that's a farce. She is crazy and sick to be doing this. These labels need to stop signing people like her, as it is disgraceful. With all the talent in America, for Beyonce to consistently do this thieving stupidity, while deceitfully bragging she is a songwriter, is to spit in the face of true writers everywhere that work hard to come up with something original. She is an embarrassment that needs to go sit down.

However, the general public and all self-respecting optometrists, should file a class action lawsuit against Madonna’s plastic surgeon, for the terrible work he has done on her. If he lifts her face any higher, her nose is going to be on her forehead. Her cheeks have been lifted so high and far apart, they are practically touching her ears. Ironically, Madonna, who has been known to perversely mimic other women, has been trying to look like Ainsley.

According to reports coming out of California, the insane Kabbalah Center, which is a cult, is closing its charity, after becoming the subject of a highly publicized federal probe, by the IRS and the FBI. They are only closing shop in America. Therefore, other nations they have been operating out of, such as Britain, need to open criminal probes as well to shut those fraudsters down. The schizophrenic cult, whose members have murdered people in cold blood, caused an international incident this year, involving the impoverished nation of Malawi in Africa.

After using the country's name to raise tens of millions of dollars, Kabbalah and its thieving frontwoman Madonna, pocketed most of the money, rather than giving it to the people of Malawi. Madwoman Madonna, running her vile mouth, told the world she is opening a school for girls in Malawi, in attempts at mimicking the widespread publicity talk show host Oprah Winfrey received for doing so.

However, it was a complete scam on Madonna's part, as years went by, millions were spent and not even one permit was pulled to build the school, after the phony groundbreaking the weird, crazy singer staged for publicity. What is most infuriating about Madonna's self-serving, publicity seeking conduct is, she bulldozed an entire village of poor people's homes with no compensation given to them, vowing to build this school and years later nothing. She is so evil. She has a sick obsession with fraudulently putting people out of their homes (see: Florida Foreclosure Law Firms Under Investigation).

Malawi is a struggling nation, where significant segments of the population are infirmed and hungry, due to poverty. They grow small amounts of vegetables in their back gardens to sell and survive. Yet this wicked woman and her sick cult, went out there for publicity and money, using poor people's suffering as a charity cash cow.

For years on this website, I kept warning the government of Malawi to have nothing to do with Madonna and Kabbalah, as they are thieves, liars and violent criminals. What's almost as bad is the FBI has known all along what that terrible cult have been up to and allowed them to inflict so much damage on a small nation struggling with poverty.

The U.S. government continues to allow this evil, lawbreaking criminal, masquerading as a pop singer, to go around criminally breaking domestic and international law to the public’s detriment. However, she is afforded this reprehensible courtesy, as she bribed the FBI to look the other way to her crimes. Mark my words, that madwoman is going to bring about the fall of the FBI.

Faux singer, Rihanna, is facing humiliation this week, as her latest tour "Loud" has been scrapped, due to poor ticket sales. Her current and former CDs have bombed as well. The smug, arrogant rip-off artist was forced to face reality, regarding her career being in the toilet - and it is fitting.

To have that kind of ego and no talent to back it up is ridiculous. Everything, from her music, fashion looks, images and perfume, have been unlawfully stolen from others. The woman is a complete fake.

Rihanna is being slammed in mainstream publications, as a purveyor of porn music. She was even slammed by Farrakhan in a massive diss, regarding her "filthy" career choices and lifestyle. Isn't she tired of disgracing herself and her family.

The fact of the matter is, Rihanna is an overrated, under talented wannabe artist, with less brain cells and clothes, than talent. On a modest day, a conservative ensemble for Rihanna would be a g-string. People are tired of seeing that nastiness.

Rihanna is trying to put on this hardcore-music-chick image, but she comes off as a total pretender, mimicking what others have done in the past. She clumsily keeps trying to show she is tough and cutting edge, when she is a prostitute sleeping with industry men for career advancement - and not even that is working anymore.

After her 2010 "Last Girl on Earth" tour hit problems with cancellations in Phoenix, Dallas, Atlanta, Denver and Indianapolis because of low ticket sales, it seems the pop princess still can't pack an arena, even with new management from Jay-Z's Roc Nation.

Sources say after poor US concert pre-sales last month, Rihanna has been advised by her day-to-day manager, Jay Brown, to cancel domestic dates on her "Loud" tour...Reps for Rihanna and Roc Nation declined to comment.
