This week, Fox News commentator, Judge Napolitano stated, 200 campaign donors received, plum, cushy jobs with the Obama Administration, for delivering $250,000 in donations to Obama's election campaign. This conduct was referred to as inappropriate and unethical - and even equated with bribery.

Financial data released this week reveals, the U.S. economy has hit another wall, plunging deeper into difficulty. Unemployment has sharply risen again, the dollar has fallen in the world against other currencies it once dominated, the national deficit continues to climb to alarming levels, foreclosures are up and home values are so far down, they have become worse than Great Depression levels. That is not a good financial profile.
In response to the bad financial news this week, President Obama stated the nation had hit a bump in the road to recovery. No, that wasn't a bump. That was a sinkhole. It happened due to your administration's financial policies that are not working.
The national numbers painfully and irrefutably indicate, President Obama has failed to fix or stem, the significant problems plaguing the U.S. economy. America cannot take 5 and ½ more years of this current path - via a reelection - or the economy will hit the point of no return.
In fact, mainstream newspapers are openly stating the continued poor state of the economy will destroy Obama's reelection bid. He is refusing to change course, while people are suffering due to the economy, with things getting worse, not better.
Regrettably, President Obama has ignored sound advice and serious warnings on the economy, opting to spend and borrow massive sums of money the nation cannot afford. He has also pledged billions America cannot afford, for foreign regimes, some of which have dangerous ties.
Rather than taking the principled and proven financial path the Judiciary Report recommended, consisting of sensible budget cuts, increasing exports and a small 5% tax increase on the nation's rich, Obama has borrowed and spent enormous, head spinning sums of money, more than any other president in U.S. history. Why did he do this.
President Obama has refused to listen to logic or follow the principles of sound economics. Once again, you cannot spend your way out of debt. You have to be diligent, disciplined, work within what you have and make sacrifices.
I know of what I speak in the matters of finance. I was the first one to predict the current financial crisis in 2006 on the Sound Off Column and in the article Judiciary Report article How George Bush Destroyed The U.S. Economy. I retained my view, never wavering, even in the face of former President Bush, publicly insisting the economy is strong and nothing is wrong, then scampering out of office under a cloud of shame and failure.
In 2008, the world saw that Bush had been lying about the economy and I was proven correct in my claims. Yes, I have websites read by many, but I am an everyday person that has been out there with the public, hearing people's concerns and writing about my own experiences. I am not an out of touch bureaucrat living the champagne lifestyle, as quite a few in Washington due, unaware of what is truly happening in the world among the poor and middle class.
Where Bush made this mess, Obama is spreading it with unprecedented spending that is of a fruitless nature. His job creation plan failed miserably, as I warned in advance it would (Obama Calls For Job Summit). Just as I had predicted, stimulus money was later indiscriminately doled out to companies and organizations, with no proper oversight to make sure the money was spent wisely, to create the maximum number of jobs.
There are many instances of gross waste and largesse, regarding stimulus funds. For example, in one case, a stimulus recipient, received $750,000 in taxpayer money to employ people and only created TWO JOBS with said funds. If someone gave me $750,000 I could create 40-60 jobs of varying incomes. How said company only managed to create TWO JOBS is beyond me. This pattern repeated itself, because of poor government oversight.
One also cannot expect to have a thriving economy, when you look the other way to criminals in the marketplace, because they are your campaign donors and Obama has done just that. Said criminals are doing damage to the U.S. economy every day. America’s poor and middle class are being defrauded, robbed and gouged by people in the corporate sector who have no business being there. Obama, like Bush, refuses to lock them up and to the public's detriment.
While there are successful companies in corporate America, working hard and genuinely contributing to the economy. There are also ponzi schemers, fraudsters, thieves and fakes, who do not belong in the corporate structure, as their main course of business is robbing people and engaging in scams.
It is not right that the poor and middle class be robbed and gouged to underwrite the lavish lifestyles of corporate criminals, who are a disgrace to the business sector. As long as said criminals remain in the corporate sector, the U.S. economy will not recover. The government needs to separate the wheat from the chaff or the entire financial crop will continue to be destroyed.

The Canadian economy has grown almost 4% this quarter, double that of its American counterpart. When one takes into account, America has more workers and companies, the irony of the Canadian economy outstripping the United States, brings home the fact, there is something terrible broken in the latter's system. No disrespect is intended to either nation, but it is cause to examine the underlying factors hampering America's growth.
America has fallen behind due to Washington allowing financial fraudsters to run loose with criminal conduct and overspending on the part of U.S. President Barack Obama, who has employed this as a means of fixing the economy, for the past two and a half years, to no success (Obama Calls For Job Summit). Regrettably, President Obama has dug a deeper financial hole than his predecessor, via his costly political and economic policies.
As illustrated by website articles, for years, the Judiciary Report, has not been one to criticize without providing viable solutions. However, the site's financial advice of cutting the national budget, instituting a small 5% tax increase on the nation's rich and going back to the very basic and real principle of making products for export to boost job creation, which America mastered between the 1950s-1980s, fell on deaf ears in Washington (the U.S. government has consistently been in the site stats for years, as visitors to the Judiciary Report).
Washington looked at this website like I was speaking Chinese, in proposing such things over the past four years, even predicting the financial crisis in advance (How George Bush Destroyed The U.S. Economy), which happened two years later in 2008. This is ironic, because China has effectively managed their national budget and increased exports over the past few years and in doing so, became an economic titan. If Washington continues on the spendthrift path it is currently on, America will continue to experience economic declines and fall down the world ladder.

Watchdog groups are calling for an investigation into the relationship between President Barack Obama and the internet search engine company Google and said claims are legitimate. Email evidence was uncovered regarding the relationship. A number of websites and bloggers have publicly complained, their websites have been removed from Google search engine results, for authoring and publishing articles critical of President Obama, in spite of the fact the First Amendment of the Constitution, guarantees free speech and free press, without fear of retribution.
The fact of the matter is, President Obama, can be quite vindictive, vengeful and petty, which is the mark of a small man. Mainstream newspaper the Boston Herald, is further proof of this fact, as they were punished and penalized by the White House, for allowing other presidential candidates column inches and daring to seek answers from President Obama on the difficult and relevant questions concerning the country. The Boston Herald wrote of the President's inappropriate blacklisting:
"Obama swimming in shallow end of pool. Was it something I said, Barry? Or should I say, Hussein? So the Herald can’t be in the White House pool because we’re not in the White House tank? Nixon would be proud. Imagine if George Bush had tried to set up his own personal 'Enemies List.' Where’s the ACLU when one of the Beautiful People unleashes his own Plumbers on the loyal opposition?...
All we asked was to be in the press pool. But nooooo. Because the Obama worshipers object to the front-page placement of an op-ed piece by Mitt Romney...In case you missed it, the White House yesterday banned the Herald from the 'pool' reporting list to cover the Messiah’s latest trip to Boston. Obama’s press office had to protect the Boston Globe, which once prided itself on being at odds with the Powers That Be. If the Globe’s current reporters were dogs, they would be described with one of two words. 'Spayed' or 'neutered.' And I just thought of a third word — 'lapdogs.'"

In another revealing incident, the White House contacted a newspaper and demanded an item critical of First Lady Michelle Obama be removed. According to the Daily Caller, "A local California paper in Pleasanton, California was contacted in April by the White House and asked to remove a passage that presented an unflattering description of the first lady. The paper complied, then tipped off The Daily Caller."
It is very alarming that the President and his wife are this trivial and superficial. Instead of tending to massive unemployment and the skyrocketing deficit, President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama, are obsessing over their unflattering press clippings, attempting to rewrite history and cherry pick what the entire press writes about them in a free country.
Sadly, Obama has lost his way and the plot - and the public knows it. President Obama is showing himself to be a fraud, not upholding the Constitution or U.S. Code, which bars administrations from interfering in the press. To unlawfully impede the publishing of articles, is to erode and potentially destroy the income of writers.
Who are you to be leaning on and harassing people for lawfully speaking their minds and voicing their opinions in print. You're supposed to be creating jobs as President, not trying to destroy them and people's livelihoods in the process. No wonder unemployment is so high - Obama simply does not care and is preoccupied with other egotistical things.
I for one can attest, there is an un-kosher relationship between Obama and Google, as I received an email from said company this week, regarding my articles in Google News (which were removed - yes, they are still trying to destroy my income). I can attest, President Obama and co., dislike the concept of free press and they are well out of order over this conduct.
It should be noted, seeking to remove articles from search engines is futile in suppressing free speech, as many websites receive massive traffic from referrals - regular readers forwarding article links to others, by email, IM, message boards and feedback sections.
This is commonly known as word of mouth and there is no way for Google or any other search engine to remove that. There are bloggers and writers, who are not listed in Google News or Google Blogs, yet their websites have millions of regular readers, who log-on often to read the latest updates.
Drudge Report and other prominent bloggers are proof of this fact. This week it was reported, Drudge refers more news traffic to other websites, than Facebook, a site of 500,000,0000 users, whose CEO, Mark Zuckerberg, Obama recently schmoozed for favorable coverage.
However, Drudge accomplished this feat without being listed in Google News or Google Blogs. Guess Obama kissed up to the wrong people. It's always funny when a politician kisses up to the wrong individuals, because at the end of the day, they should not be schmoozing anyone, as it lowers their office.
Furthermore, such juvenile, petty, vindictive and corrupt conduct, in suppressing free speech, has no place in an administration or a free democracy. It is un-American and un-Western. When you as a head of state, pull strings in seeking to suppress the press, you lose credibility and all moral ground as a politician in the world. Politicians that engage in such conduct are labeled by the voting public, hypocrites not fit to lead.
One cannot privately punish the press for seeking and speaking the truth, then publicly stand up and condemn other world governments, such as those representing China, Russia, Venezuela, Iran, Egypt, Syria, Saudi Arabia and Libya, proclaiming they should have a free and democratic society, when you are behaving in a manner contrary to those proclamations. You must first practice what you preach, then you can lecture others on the virtues of democracy and a free society.

U.S. unemployment data released this week reveals, the economy is still in peril, as job creation is moving at a very slow place. While the economy did ad jobs, ironically, it lost more than it gained, in a very disturbing and stubborn pattern that has not relented.
The Judiciary Report has maintained for over two years, the Obama Administration is not addressing the problem of unemployment in the correct manner. Money is being doled out with very little controls, which has led to slack job creation practices and outright financial theft. A competitive bidding system with strong follow up, should have been instituted, to properly monitor the progress of the economy.
Instead, the corporations of campaign donors have received the lion's share of the job creation money and are not doing enough with the funds, to make any substantial headway in the unemployment crisis. The whole nation suffers under said scenario, which continues to happen. Washington needs to correct that.
