World Health Organization: Mobile Phones Promote Cancer

Confirming an item the Judiciary Report published a year ago (Cancer Is Advancing), the World Health Organization has official stated today that mobile phones increase your risk of cancer. They have reversed their former pronouncement on the matter. Previously, the World Health Organization stated, there was no known link between cancer and mobile phones.

However, a group of scientists did an extensive study for the World Health Organization and made the results public today. Their findings conclude, mobile phones are carcinogenic and emit cancer causing radiation.

This means, the more you use your mobile phone, especially close to your head, the greater the risk. It also bears reiteration, children should not be given mobile phones, as the risk of cancer is greater in minors, as their developing systems have difficulty dealing with the radiation.

Federal Judge, Jack Camp, was arrested last year on felony charges, for having sex with a stripper and taking illegal narcotics and fraudulently obtained prescription drugs, while being in possession of illegal guns. Most thought he would be locked away for years, as the law dictates.

FBI Supervisors To FBI Director: We Want You Gone

Recently, U.S. President Barack Obama, announced he is seeking to extend the 10-year term of inept, failure prone FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller. Congress established a 10-year term limit on the post, due to the terrible and egregious criminal abuses committed by former FBI Director, J. Edgar Hoover, who is disgracefully credited with terrorizing civil rights hero, Martin Luther King Jr. and according to former agents, commissioning his murder.

Hoover used illegal spying on innocent people, via abusive wiretaps, audio bugging of homes and offices and delving into financial records, to blackmail Congress and the White House, keeping them under his thumb. He knew all their secrets and would publicly use it if they tried to replace him at the FBI. As such, an unrepentantly evil Hoover held the post until he died (and presumably descended into hell).

Obama is seeking a two year extension for Mueller, a man that has violated the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Code for the President, in illegally spying on political enemies, rivals and outspoken critics, giving him the contents of their phone calls, emails, computers, daily movements and financial holdings.

Obama is very grateful and wants to repay him with an extended term, which spits on the Congressional term limit that was appropriately put in place. According to the mainstream press, Congress is expected to approve the extension of Mueller's term, which will please Obama, as the illegal spying to gain a political advantage, can continue.

However, some press outlets are reporting FBI supervisors are not happy with the news and want Mueller gone from the agency. Mueller is known for his abusiveness at the agency, in conduct which extends to unlawfully retaliating against FBI employees that are whistleblowers. Additionally, if one does not kiss Mueller's overrated, power mad backside at the FBI, one is out of a job.

FBI supervisors are calling President Obama a "hypocrite" for keeping Mueller on beyond the term limit. Furthermore, what's the sense of the law, if people consistently seek to flout it from elected and federally appointed posts. It sets a bad example to the watching nation and world.

FBI supervisors and agents are upset that Obama did not seek their opinions before making this rash and damaging decision, especially in a way that would not leave them open to retaliatory abuse from Mueller, which he is famous for in law enforcement circles.

A few quotes reveal the mood at the FBI over the President's presumption self-serving decision, "'People are up in arms about this,' said one agent, who likened the news to 'a shot in the kneecaps.' 'We have lost valuable experience' the agent said. 'I’ve seen people, some really significant contributors to this organization and to this country, who are questioning their self-worth now and who are basically bitter.'"

Yea, one would be bitter when a corrupt FBI Director routinely demands they break the law, illegally spy on innocent Americans and foreign citizens in perverse ways, rough up conscientious objectors that peacefully denounce the wars in the Middle East and cover up a nasty case, where Mueller cost many innocent people their lives.

If you ask me, Mueller is using what he has over Obama to stay in that job for the rest of his life, much like Hoover did to other U.S. Presidents and members of Congress. It was all smiles for the cameras, but behind closed doors, people despised his dirty practices and wanted him gone. History is repeating itself.

Watchdog groups are calling for an investigation into the relationship between President Barack Obama and the internet search engine company Google and said claims are legitimate. Email evidence was uncovered regarding the relationship. A number of websites and bloggers have publicly complained, their websites have been removed from Google search engine results, for authoring and publishing articles critical of President Obama, in spite of the fact the First Amendment of the Constitution, guarantees free speech and free press, without fear of retribution.

The fact of the matter is, President Obama, can be quite vindictive, vengeful and petty, which is the mark of a small man. Mainstream newspaper the Boston Herald, is further proof of this fact, as they were punished and penalized by the White House, for allowing other presidential candidates column inches and daring to seek answers from President Obama on the difficult and relevant questions concerning the country. The Boston Herald wrote of the President's inappropriate blacklisting:

"Obama swimming in shallow end of pool. Was it something I said, Barry? Or should I say, Hussein? So the Herald can’t be in the White House pool because we’re not in the White House tank? All we asked was to be in the press pool. But nooooo. Because the Obama worshipers object to the front-page placement of an op-ed piece by Mitt Romney...In case you missed it, the White House yesterday banned the Herald from the 'pool' reporting list to cover the Messiah’s latest trip to Boston. Obama’s press office had to protect the Boston Globe, which once prided itself on being at odds with the Powers That Be. If the Globe’s current reporters were dogs, they would be described with one of two words. 'Spayed' or 'neutered.' And I just thought of a third word — 'lapdogs.'"

In another revealing incident, the White House contacted a newspaper and demanded an item critical of First Lady Michelle Obama be removed. According to the Daily Caller, "A local California paper in Pleasanton, California was contacted in April by the White House and asked to remove a passage that presented an unflattering description of the first lady. The paper complied, then tipped off The Daily Caller."

It is very alarming that the President and his wife are this trivial and superficial. Instead of tending to massive unemployment and the skyrocketing deficit, President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama, are obsessing over their unflattering press clippings, attempting to rewrite history and cherry pick what the entire press writes about them in a free country.

Sadly, Obama has lost his way and the plot - and the public knows it. President Obama is showing himself to be a fraud, not upholding the Constitution or U.S. Code, which bars administrations from interfering in the press. To unlawfully impede the publishing of articles, is to erode and potentially destroy the income of writers.

Who are you to be leaning on and harassing people for lawfully speaking their minds and voicing their opinions in print. You're supposed to be creating jobs as President, not trying to destroy them and people's livelihoods in the process. No wonder unemployment is so high - Obama simply does not care and is preoccupied with other egotistical things.

I for one can attest, there is an un-kosher relationship between Obama and Google, as I received an email from said company this week, regarding my articles in Google News (which were removed - yes, they are still trying to destroy my income). I can attest, President Obama and co., dislike the concept of free press and they are well out of order over this conduct.

It should be noted, seeking to remove articles from search engines is futile in suppressing free speech, as many websites receive massive traffic from referrals - regular readers forwarding article links to others, by email, IM, message boards and feedback sections.

This is commonly known as word of mouth and there is no way for Google or any other search engine to remove that. There are bloggers and writers, who are not listed in Google News or Google Blogs, yet their websites have millions of regular readers, who log-on often to read the latest updates.

Drudge Report and other prominent bloggers are proof of this fact. This week it was reported, Drudge refers more news traffic to other websites, than Facebook, a site of 500,000,0000 users, whose CEO, Mark Zuckerberg, Obama recently schmoozed for favorable coverage.

However, Drudge accomplished this feat without being listed in Google News or Google Blogs. Guess Obama kissed up to the wrong people. It's always funny when a politician kisses up to the wrong individuals, because at the end of the day, they should not be schmoozing anyone, as it lowers their office.

Furthermore, such juvenile, petty, vindictive and corrupt conduct, in suppressing free speech, has no place in an administration or a free democracy. It is un-American and un-Western. When you as a head of state, pull strings in seeking to suppress the press, you lose credibility and all moral ground as a politician in the world. Politicians that engage in such conduct are labeled by the voting public, hypocrites not fit to lead.

One cannot privately punish the press for seeking and speaking the truth, then publicly stand up and condemn other world governments, such as those representing China, Russia, Venezuela, Iran, Egypt, Syria, Saudi Arabia and Libya, proclaiming they should have a free and democratic society, when you are behaving in a manner contrary to those proclamations. You must first practice what you preach, then you can lecture others on the virtues of democracy and a free society.

West is correct, as Obama has forsaken what is right and ethical, in favor of Wall Street and Hollywood corporations donations. He is treading a very treacherous path to being voted out in 2012 and will have no one but himself to blame for that disgraceful conclusion to his time as President.

Obama also needs to stop playing the race card with the black community, to keep us reeled in, while he sells out the rights and interests of the poor and middle class, to greedy corporate titans. People are suffering under the current economic climate, both black and white and there is nothing amusing or good about that.

Obama Seeks To Extend The Term Of Failure Prone FBI Chief

Reports out of Washington indicate, U.S. President Barack Obama, seeks to extend the term of failure prone FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller. Under U.S. law, FBI Directors can only hold their position for 10-years. However, Obama is unwisely seeking to extend Mueller's term for two more years. Mueller is after all the man that has done more damage to America and the world, than any other FBI chief in U.S. history.

Mueller was at the helm when the September 11th terrorist attacks happened, for which Osama Bin Laden was blamed. Criminal negligence within the FBI allowed the unprecedented terrorist attack to happen, as FBI agents were stonewalled dozens of times, by headquarters in Washington (see: Mueller and co.).

This month, the U.S. Navy Seals and not the incompetent FBI, were credited with pursuing and killing the Al Qaeda terrorist, Osama Bin Laden. The attack would not have happened in the first place, had the FBI done its job 10-years ago, costing 3,000 people their lives and collectively scarring a nation.

Other FBI failures under Mueller include, ignoring credible intelligence information that caused the bloody Fort Hood terrorist attack to transpire in Texas, costing military members their lives. The FBI was censured in an official congressional report over the tragic incident.

The Christmas 2009 attempted bombing of a Detroit airliner, which was foiled by passengers, nearly claimed 300 lives, as Mueller brazenly ignored an intelligence report from the British government, specifically stating the would be bomber is a terrorist they have kicked out of their nation and is a danger to America.

It was revealed in the mainstream press, arrogant Mueller and the FBI sat on credible intelligence data that could have prevented the 7/7 terrorist bombing from occurring, which claimed many lives in Britain and shattered the nation's sense of safety.

Numerous private citizens have died under Mueller's watch, as he and the FBI ignored credible tips from the public. This lead to the cold blooded murder of a number of citizens, who the FBI are supposed to protect.

Mueller is also the careless FBI Director, who ignored reports from within the agency in 2004, which illustrated America was headed for a calamitous mortgage crisis, which came to a head four years later in 2008. He is also the FBI Director that allowed ponzi schemers Madoff and Stanford to continue their crimes for nearly a decade, after he found out what they were doing in the corporate sector.

During Mueller's tenure, unprecedented human rights and civil rights violations have occurred at the FBI. Scandal after scandal broke, regarding the FBI criminally spying on American and international citizens, via illegal wiretapping, hacking, email scanning, GPS and bank account and credit monitoring. Mueller single-handedly and haughtily threw the Fourth Amendment out the window.

But this is the power hungry imbecile President Obama seeks to keep on at the FBI and at a time when terrorists are plotting more than ever to attack America and the West in general. More terrorist attacks are on the way and it is very unwise to go with an individual, Mueller, who has a proven track record of abject failure.

I just received word today that mentally disabled people, who are on government benefits in federal programs, underwritten by the American taxpayer, are being taken advantage of and bribed by agencies in exchange for signing with them. What they are signing up for is substandard care. This misconduct is also pushing legitimate service providers into the unemployment line, which doesn't help the economy, while unscrupulous people collect two paychecks.

Said bribes are felonies under the law and deteriorate the quality of service mentally disabled people receive, as they are used and duped in a very sad way. Certain branches of the government have done a decent job in taking care of the mentally disabled, via medical and financial assistance, but questionable private contractors have infiltrated the field and are engaging in misconduct. Ironically, the FBI knows of the criminal misconduct transpiring, but has opted to look the other way.

I am also being stalked, harassed and threatened by members of Madonna's Kabbalah cult. 18-year-old singer, Miley Cyrus, slammed YouTube stars, by stating, "It should be harder to be an artist." Cyrus was making reference to artists such as Justin Bieber and Rebecca Black, who've gained fame from the frequently visited website YouTube.

What Cyrus fails to understand is the terrible politics, corruption, bribery and payola that goes on in the music industry. The entire industry is rigged. It operates as a monopoly and outsiders are not welcome. Major labels have turned to acts of violence to enforce this mafia-like rule.

Therefore, for the outsider seeking to expose their music to a global audience, YouTube is an outlet to do so. It levels the playing field to some degree. As a result, there are a number of very talented artists on YouTube, gaining exposure, while searching for their big break. Justin Bieber is the most successful to date, having sold 10,000,000 records worldwide.

Cyrus' dad became famous as a singer in the 1990s and ushered her into the entertainment industry as a singer and actress, using his connections. Therefore, she avoided much of the horrible abuse and exploitation many aspiring artists go through.

Cyrus has no clue what it's like, in a depraved industry that preys on young newcomers, calling them nobodies fit for theft and financial and sexual exploitation. Cyrus had the easy way to fame thanks to her dad. The Judiciary Report is not knocking that, but Cyrus fails to see both sides of the issue.
