Wow, it looks great! Just a quick note, the 17" PB should be 100 GB, not 10 GB.

The power support screen protectors seem to cover edge to edge.
There is a tiny raised lip on the edge of the iphone 4 screen, the power support seems to fit right up to it.
Thank you for your fast response, I'm eager to get my phone protected. What you've described sounds just like what I'm looking for.
Cheers :)

Maybe you should post all your copy on this forum and let everyone do the work for ya.
Of course with my outstanding spelling and compostition skills, my own personal editor (skunk keeps working on me, to no avail I might add), and grammer check (I think it is on here somewherz), I could just do that my self 4 ya.
Rotz a Ruck there snapz. :p

So you would recomend the v600 over the v400 as far as battery life and quality?
It all depends. I liked the V600 better than the V400 for these reasons.
It was made out of Metal/Aluminium instead of plastic.
I seemed to be able to hear better on it. Although i think it was do mainly to ergonomics.
I liked the look and feel of it much better. To me the V400 was the beta, and the V600 was the final product.
I value style, and durability, so I went with the V600. Also, I had a V60 which I loved. Possibly the best phone I have ever owned, and the V600 remind me much of it. I'm sure was a big part of my decision.
And as for battery life, if I remember correctly it was about the same. No huge difference.
So I guess if your an average user, The V400 is a good fit.
BTW, I dont think Cingular sells the V600 anymore. I think they replaced it with a 500 series phone. Which is made out of plastic :(

Oh, lookie, a place to vent about Adobe...
I have been using Photoshop since 2.0 and CS was by far the most disappointing upgrade so far... the added features are very minor and they broke a few things... the type tool is less useful than it was in 7.0 - that irritating underline can't be hidden, so text below 9 points is impossible to read while typing... you can't drag downwards to select the entire line of text, so if the text runs off the screen, there is no way to select all the text in the line. The other thing that changed for the worse - the transform functionality was totally botched - maybe the handles are more sensitive? I find myself moving rather than scaling all too often - and skew text rather than moving it.
Come on, is moving really transforming? Who uses the transform command to move something? And what serious designer skews text?
I'm also bitter that they dropped LiveMotion... I bought Flash MX but the interface is so awful I still find myself using LiveMotion to create projects that have to be completed on a tight deadline...

I'd definitely be up for it... but no Mac version, right? I'd hate to have to reboot into XP every time to test a new build...
Other then that I'm an ideal candidate... I work from home, use wired 360 controllers on my Mac, and love 2D games (also have a GBA SP and two DS Lites).
I'm also a programmer, and am very expereinced in debugging... have even made several home brew games myself, although mostly back in the days of DOS (I've only been a Mac user for a year). ;)
Feel free to PM me if you haven't filled all the spots.

1 to 1 is only offered at Apple stores or online. I've worked for Apple for years so I would know.
And yes, you can technically purchase it within 14 days, but when you go in the staff will do their best to get you to get it the same day.

Would love for them to open a store near Lancaster or Harrisburg, but until then KOP is the closest. Dunno if I'm in the mood to pay tolls to get there, though. Having never been to a launch event, is it really worth it if I'm not going to buy it?

roland.g,
It's not an unreasonable suggestion. The need for an iOS subforum depends in part on the quantity of IOS-themed threads we routinely have, other than those in the News forums and the programming forums. Can you point out more than a few currently active threads that fall into this category? I haven't spotted many.

I'm looking at upgrading my Mac Mini to 8GB of RAM (from 4). I checked out the Apple store (eeek, I know) and it was around $600 CDN for the 8GB of RAM!!!!
Question, though...based on what I know of the type of RAM in the mini, I can purchase some non-Apple branded RAM form my local computer store for about $100.
I know Apple is over-priced, but this is insanely over-priced. Am I missing something or risking anything if I go with the non-Apple RAM?
Specifically, the RAM I'm looking at getting is this one:

Incorrect. Turbo boost is "dynamic overclocking". Depending on the current number of cores being used and if additional processing power is required, the CPU will slowly increase the clock rate for the currently active cores. It'll do this incrementally until the thermal operating limit of the processor is reached.
Umm, isn't that pretty much exactly what I described in my OP? Albeit I didn't use the phrase "dynamic overclocking".

A 2TB Seagate ST32000541AS on my 3.4GHz i7 with 2GB 6970M. I have not been able to get any details of this drive on Seagate's website.
Any pointers to more details will be helpful.
Thanks.

I will be going there right after work, which ends @ 5. Should be able to get to the Mall by 5:30 and have my 30 minutes of standing in line! haha
I personally don't expect too many people there, it's a rather small store (Oklahoma City Penn Square Mall).
But yeah, I also might be wrong.
