I know this might be a stupid question but i have been googling for hours now and i cannot find a solution.
Is there a way to unlock any other basebands off the iPhone 4 not only 1.59.00 that ultrasn0w does.? And if so can you please supply a list of the basebands that are unlockable with Verson 4.0iOS and up.?

Hi guys, wanted to see what people's thoughts are on the iPad 2 Launch in Solihull and if anyone had any news or info.
Far as I'm concerned I'll be there, from previous launches people turned up and queued around 5.30/6 in the morning, from info I got from Touchwood security, on 25th they will be opening the Poplar Entrance (near John Lewis) before any other door due to the problems with too many open at the same time, which in turn caused too much chaos at previous launches.car park queuers will be led to the back of the main entrance line to keep order so personally would be just easier to walk round to secure your space and avoid disappointment.
As normal touchwood don't tend to give much away so I was lucky to get any info at all but it sounded fairly well thoughtout to stop any apple madness happening.

If your going, good luck and share any info as I have and we can all hopefully enjoy a nice new iPad 2 come Friday.

The IMG tags are only for images that already appear on the web. What you place between the image tags is the URL to the image location. (Be sure to use TIMG instead of IMG for large images). For images that exist on your computer, simply click the paperclip icon when composing a post and attach the image.

It's the images from the computer that I'm having problems with. It used to work, and I got no "clunk" when it did work. BTW, on the forums, all the img options are enabled. Other people still do it.

You have an iMac in your garage?
Yup. Its sitting on a wall mounted stand by the workbench. Comes in handy while working on the car. I can get on parts websites and forums without having to go inside. Very nice when using pictures or diagrams posted online.

The only applications that might use this are military applications. Which are most likely classified applications. But in short, no, a normal application wouldn't use it. ;)

In my line of work there are a *lot* of Apps that will happily gobble that CPU power, memory, or both. NAMD (http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Research/namd/) will eat the CPU and ask for more, as will portions of Amber (http://ambermd.org/). NWChem (http://www.nwchem-sw.org/index.php/Main_Page) is another hog there, etc.

(Of course I don't *usually* run these local, the system I just ran a NAMD job on is a "small" cluster of 2u dell boxes with 4-way 12 core AMDs and 2GB/core for 48 core/96GB Mem per machine, 14 nodes total, but I do run them local for testing and small jobs...)

Not normal usage for most perhaps perhaps, but not military, and not out of line for use on a "pro" machine....

Out of curiosity, why did you use a third party charger? I've done it a few times with other devices, but it's always been with quality, branded chargers (like charging my Kindle with my BlackBerry's charger), but I wouldn't dare do that with my iPad unless I knew it was top quality since so many of those third party chargers, like third party batteries, can damage your equipment.

By the way, I think using a third party charger may have voided your warranty anyway. At least on some devices I'm pretty sure it does.

No way third party chargers void warranty, if it did, we wouldn't have a single Apple device left with any warranty.

Anyway, OP is in luck, as 4.3.1 JB just came out. So he can just restore to that and see if that fixes his problem.

I'm living in a 2 bedroom/4 person suite with a living room. For the first week or so, we connected using the old way: an Ethernet cable.

But I realized unplugging and plugging back in was silly when I had an Airport Express sitting in my desk.

So now, we have a wireless network. I lowerd the strength, made it password protected, and hidden. It's awesome! It's hooked up to my JBL Creature speakers and my printer, so now, we can be in the living room online, printing, playing tunes, whatever. Plus there's never anything to plug in when I bring my computer back to the room, just open it up!.

Watch out though, my roomates have played a trick on me once. I was sitting in front of my computer (and speakers) and my roomate decided to start blasting music on my speakers... I jumped quite a bit...

The only downside is now I can't share my iTunes library with the rest of the Residence Hall, nor can I view theirs.

is TPE that rubber found around bumper cases?

it's probably similar. I know it's similar to TPU but i don't really know the difference between them two.

Exactly. Fine tuned for the new Joe-sumer iOS market, but nothing mind blowing for us Prosumers.

How long does it take for them to remove them? They're still coming up more than a week later, and I'm tempted to install an ad blocker (though I won't).

Theoretically they should have been removed today. If they are still coming up for you, please post here.

    sorry for the trouble,
