Girls night out: Lily Allen smiles and comes over all coy as she and friend Miquita Oliver left a members bar in Lo London last night
You can always count on your friends when something big happens in your life, whether cause for commiseration or celebration.
And one buddy that Lily Allen has always been able to rely on is one of her best mates, TV presenter Miquita Oliver.
So it was no surprise to see her by the singer's side as they enjoyed a night out in London together.
The pair were snapped leaving the private member's bar The Groucho Club together after enjoying a few drinks and possibly a good catch-up natter.
It was only the second time that Lily, 25, has been seen out on the town since her tragic miscarriage last year.
She was seen looking tired as she put on a brave face to attend the Miu Miu party to celebrate the launch of its new flagship Bond Street store in December.
I think that's our car: Miquita looks for their driver as the girls leave the trendy Groucho Club after enjoying drinks together
Time to call it a night: Miquita and Lily look like they're ready for their beds as they make their way home
And she looked happy and well but came over all camera-shy as she and Miquita, 26, made their way to a waiting car.
The girls have been friends for a long time and have often been snapped out together over the years.
Miquita was a rock for Lily when she lost her baby six months into her pregnancy, but was also no doubt there to help her celebrate her engagement to boyfriend Sam Cooper, 32, after he proposed on Christmas Day.
Anyone got a duvet? Lily looked like she was ready to curl up and sleep right there and then in the back of the car
Lily recently made the headlines when she took offence - and rightly so - to a Tweet by rapper Kanye West making a joke about abortion.
Kanye, 33, wrote: 'An abortion can cost a ballin' n**** up to 50gs maybe a 100.
'Gold diggin' b****** be getting pregnant on purpose. #STRAPUP my n*****!'
Brave face: Lily's night out at the Miu Miu launch party in December marked her return to the London night scene following her tragic miscarriage
Lily was horrified by his comments and tweeted to West in reply: 'Never has a tweet put me in such a bad mood.
'This is wrong on so many levels.'
